According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, at 5:46 p.m. Rick Gale, president of the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin, resigned from his post due to the criticism he received after it was reported that he supposedly said he would refer to President-Elect Barack Obama as a "nigger." This is supposedly, according to union's executive board who "will select a new president from among its members during the next two weeks." The JSOnline quotes the union as saying, "Rick's comment was offensive, inappropriate and racially insensitive, and does not reflect the views of our union." According to the union, in Gale's resignation letter he apologized for using the racial slur, and states, "The word has no business in my vocabulary and I should not have used it - not even in private," Gale said.

What the hell is wrong with you people!?!? I am convinced the people we have running this damn state are all completely and totally retarded (yes - I said it!) and no, I am not sorry I said it! If you took that single moment to say the bullshit that you said, then you meant every word of it! I would have more respect for Gale if he resigned and put in his letter - "Yeah, I called him a nigger! That's what I feel he is! Kiss my ass and bark at the hole!" How do you say something stupid, then turn around and say, "Oh I'm so sorry. I shouldn't of said that EVEN in private..." What the?????
Look, Obama could care less about some ass backwards brained individual calling him a NIGGER. Please! Give Obama a minute to respond and you might be taken aback (shocked ass hell - more like it) when he responds, "But this NIGGA' is the most powerful man in the world as of January 2009, Bitch! How you like me NOW!"

Here's the deal, I like a jackass like Gale. I like his honesty. He lets me know where he stands so I can keep an eye on my back and a hand on my pistol, just in case - as my mammy used to say - "a mu'fucka tries to start somethin'!" The foney ones are the ones that we should fear. This man was a part of a unionized system that could have easily FORCED him to help the democratic cause - and DO NOT pretend this doesn't happen! You know it does! And, if you have a different opinion from the union, you get shafted. You can't tell me this ISN'T what happened to Gale. It's all too obvious.
Give the fat bastard his job back! I'm sure the rest of us could really really make his life more uncomfortable than he will be now that he's able to run away from the issue.
